This past weekend I had the joy of experiencing a tour and tasting at the Coyote’s Run Estate Winery. It’s a small winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake that features two types of soil, making their vineyards unique and distinct from one another.
While we visited, we had the opputunity to tour the vineyards, as well as where the wine is made.

The last photo here is of their incredible 2009 Riesling Vidal Icewine. It is the most delicious wine and well worth the trip!
